"Third time in Orlando and
this is defiantly the best villa we have stayed in
Everything superb and felt like home
Our main reason for coming to Florida was our sons
wedding to Jo Ann in Disney which was a magical day
staying in this villa made it more magical as it is
perfect in every way
Thank you Maddie and Dennis for making this special
time in our lives so memorable and wonderful, we will
never forget it
The pool & spa excellent and the pool heating
worth every penny
I feel I have gained a friend in you both and thank
you from the bottom of my heart, you are very special
people and I thank God for making me choose your home

Southview is Beautiful!
We had a wonderful vacation by far much better than
any resort hotel (we have been to several)
We had 6 adults and 2 kids’ Perfect home lots
of room
We loved the pool. Very close to all theme parks
we went to sea world for 2 days Jacob the 11 year
old was picked to be in the Believe Shamu Show what
an experience, since it is his Dream to be a whale
Trainer
We had a Great Time and we will definity be back and
stay here again
You have a beautiful home

"Have had a lovely holiday
villa everything we hoped for and more!
Kids loved the games room & pool, gave us time
to chill out and catch up on some reading
First few days were cold just like the weather we
had left, good excuse to stock up on Disney sweats
and hoodies. Last 6 days weather perfect for doing
the parks and sitting poolside we don’t want
to go back now to the cold and rain in Wales
Parks were surprisingly very busy apparently we
coincided with the Northern States school closures
park attendants told us it should quieten down now
from this weekend
Looking forward to coming back soon
Maddie and Denis you’ve spoilt us from going
anywhere else now

had a wonderful relaxing vacation. The house is beautiful
love what you’ve done with it. The guys had
a great time in the game room and the girls loved
sitting in the warm sun.
We are already planning what we will do next year
Our first trip to Florida and we loved
it.
The home is beautiful and we couldn’t have
asked for a more relaxing time.
While there was freezing cold temperature at home
in Maine we was sitting in a hot spa & pool
and loving it.
