This prestigious upmarket resort was completed in 2002 and
is most sought after. You’ll find it off the 192, near to
Medieval Times. Less than a mile to the amenities of the 192,
with its huge array of shops, restaurants and nightlife. The
resort belies the fact that it is only minutes from the buzz
of the 192.
Lake Berkley Resort:
It is a gated community and manned 24/7 so there will always
be someone to greet you as you arrive at the gates. The
resort is set around three well stocked fishing lakes, the
largest of the three; Lake Berkley is spring fed and covers
14 acres. You’ll see an abundance of wildlife as you jog
or stroll the nature trail which runs round the lake. It
hosts a wealth of activities
Amenities within Lake Berkley:
Two clubhouses each with their own community pools, one has a spa, fitness room/gym, computer room, (a small fee), games room, a small store etc the other has seasonal entertainment for all. You’ll also find a park, two children’s playgrounds, tennis and volleyball courts, a gazebo, picnic area, small beach and a fishing pier. In the future a basketball court is to be added.
