Pool: Our south-facingpool and spa back onto the middle lake which is a haven for local wildlife. It really is a tranquil and serene place to while away the time when rest and relaxation is the order of the day. Our genuine south-facing pool deck catches the Floridian sun no matter what time of year you visit. When the sun is out so will you.
When it is too hot the lanai with its own ceiling fan will help keep you cool. In the evenings you’ll enjoy the tropical surroundings as you swim in the “Colour-Splash” multi-coloured illuminated pool. What more could you want than to dine alfresco with a glass of wine, or an evening cocktail whilst enjoying the ambience of your idyllic surroundings, before luxuriating in the bubbling spa.

The Games Room: Has two large leather couches just made for lounging in front of the TV which is hidden away in a huge armoire. This room is decorated with an eclectic mix of pool room memorabilia and all things USA. It is fully air conditioned so can be used as an additional living room if required.
Opposite is the shower room with screened cubicle, vanity basin and WC. Next door is the fully equipped utility room with washing machine and separate tumble dryer.
Ground Floor King Bedroom: On the left of the central foyer is the first of our King bedrooms. Its dramatic purple deluxe bedding and soft furnishings set against the brilliant white headboards are softened by a wall of lilac. It has a bachelor chest for storage and its own cable TV/DVD combo. This format allows someone with mobility problems to access a bedroom and bathroom without having to negotiate any stairs. This versatile room can, if required, can be easily transformed into a twin bedded room.
Formal Dining Room: Off the central foyer through the large archway you will find an elegant dining room which is designed for a more formal dining environment. The exquisite glass topped dining table with its ornate wrought ironwork is adorned with china, glassware and linen allowing guests an opportunity to enjoy a more formal dining environment with an ambience of elegance if they so wish.
The Great Room: This large, spacious and airy family room features a 21 foot high ceiling with a staircase to the first floor and balcony. It has three, luxurious, soft, comfortable leather couches and views over the pool and lake. For your enjoyment we have provided a home entertainments system, which includes an LCD HDTV with digital cable channels and Home Cinema DVD and Stereo CD Player.
The Kitchen: We provide every conceivable cooking appliance which will cater for all your culinary needs. Here you will find the breakfast nook, an informal dining area which consists of a large six seater table and chairs. Imagine eating your breakfast gazing out across the pool and lake. Patio doors lead you onto the lanai and pool deck.
The Master Bedroom Suite: The rich vibrant colours of gold with a touch of brown embellish the huge Master Bedroom Suite creating a sanctuary for resting body and soul. You’ll be able to sleep peacefully in the large sumptuous US KING size bed. Magnificent artwork adorns the walls. Here you’ll find a cable TV, video, radio alarm, bedside phone and dressing table.
The 3rd King-Size Bed Master Bedroom: Upstairs off the central landing is a double bedroom with another sumptuous US KING size bed, cable TV, large closet, dressing table and two nightstands with lamps. Here the colours of rich claret, blue, green and gold create a room of opulence and romance which will appeal to the romantic in you. A Monet print adorns the wall. This bedroom is next-door to the family bathroom which has a screened bath with a shower head above the bath tub, hand basin and WC.

The Two Twin Bedrooms: Each bedroom has two single beds, own cable TV and DVD. One has soft pastel green bedding, a dressing table, bedside cabinet, two lamps, closet and an alarm clock..….providing a haven of tranquillity.
The other twin has a Disney theme where you will find pictures, wall prints of Mickey, Minnie, Donald Duck and co. Mickey’s magical hat and Pinocchio magically hang suspended from the ceiling. The children will be enthralled by this room. The bachelor chest will be a special place to store their favourite things. This bedroom arrangement allows two families to enjoy the delights of our home.
